* Community Health & Safety:

* Shared practices for the health, safety, & peace of mind of our yoga community *

As a community, we remain committed to fostering the health and safety of our studio environment by following guidelines that reflect sound public health advice. The community guidelines are reviewed at the start of each session and updated as the general situation may require.

At this time:

  • In-person spaces are currently limited to 16 participants.

  • Single class drop-in attendance is not accommodated.

  • Please bring your personal yoga mat with you for class. Other props are available for use at the studio.

  • Some classes on the schedule continue to have an option to attend online.

* Feeling Unwell? *

Students who are feeling unwell, or who live with someone who has been feeling unwell are asked to stay home until there has been a minimum of 24 hours since active symptoms have improved.

- advice from the Provincial website -

If you need to miss your class and would like to make it up, you may do so before the end of the session in another class, either in person or online, before the end of the session.

* After Known Exposure to a Respiratory Infection *

- advice from the Provincial website -

* After Traveling *

The best practice we have after travelling is to take a 5-7 day pause before returning to the studio for in-person classes. This allows time to self-monitor for any symptoms and to discover any potential exposure.

- advice from the Provincial Website -

During this time, students may either attend a class online, or wait and attend a make-up class in-person before the end of the session.

* Optional Mask Use *

Mask use is not required during class time or while in the studio & practice space. Students who have recently recovered from a respiratory infection, and who may still be experiencing some clearing congestion may opt to wear a mask in class.
