Your Teacher
I began my practice of Iyengar Yoga in 1997 and, with the encouragement of my teachers, I began to teach in 1998. I connected immediately with the Iyengar approach to yoga, and quickly recognized Iyengar Yoga as a practical method for bringing more peace, clarity, and wholeness into daily life.
My classes are infused with yoga philosophy, and focus on going deeper into the postures and into the subtle awareness of the Self. I aim to support each student's individual path toward greater confidence and proficiency in their personal practice.
